Terms of Service
All sales are final, per our Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, or otherwise obtaining a ticket for admission to a PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. event, clients agree to comply with the Terms set out herewith.
Resale
Resale is strictly prohibited, unless written authorization is provided by PEAKS INVEST S.R.O.
Seating
Clients agree that seating is based on a first come, first served basis, within the price category indicated by their ticket. By attending a PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. event, clients agree to occupy the seating category corresponding to their respective tickets. PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. reserves the right to expel clients who do not comply with this seating policy.
Late Seating
To avoid disruption of the performance, latecomers and any clients leaving the venue in question during a performance may not be admitted. This shall not be cause for refund.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. shall have no obligation to refund or exchange tickets. Programming, performers, dates, and times are subject to change without notice.
Photography by Promoter
PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. shall have a perpetual right to all photographs, video and/or audio recordings made by PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. at its events. Clients agree to relinquish all rights to their image or likeness as it appears in any such visual media. Clients agree to grant PEAKS INVEST S.R.O. the right to reproduce, sell and distribute any such visual media for commercial purposes.
Photography by Clients
Photography and recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the performance, unless otherwise indicated by PEAKS INVEST S.R.O., its performers, or its authorized representatives.
